Just wanted to let everyone know, we’re still searching for a new vocalist. Email your submissions to dle1195@yahoo.com. Submissions should include the following:
-Name (first and last)
-Age
-City
-Vocalists that you sound similar to/favorite groups
-Any previous musical experience
-A video of you covering one of our songs or a song in a similar genre to ours
We’re keeping an open mind about the future so even if you’re concerned you might not be a perfect fit, still show us what you’ve got!
Hey all, we have a lot of information that we want to get out to everyone ASAP and we want to do it in as few words as possible to make sure you get the full message. Here it is:
1. Things are going to change in the coming months. Wearing the Inside Out will no longer be Wearing the Inside Out. When we find a new vocalist, we intend to come back as an entirely different band; a new name, a new image, a new sound. You’ll still hear hints of old WIO in our new music, but expect our new tunes to have a harder hitting edge with much deeper subject matter and more advanced musicianship than our previous work. We are maturing as musicians and as people and we feel like this should be reflected in our music.
2. We are looking for someone to fill the current gap in our lineup and become our NEW VOCALIST. We’re looking someone who is willing to be as committed (emotionally, musically, financially, etc.) as we are to this band. If you feel like you have what it takes to become a part of our family, send a video of yourself covering either one of our songs or a song that fits under a genre similar to ours. Also, include as much information about yourself and your musical career as possible. We’re keeping an open mind about this so don’t be shy!
